I started eating healthy in a while I go to gym 5 times per week,doing 45 minutes of cardio. I feel so much better about my self.

My friend is studying at Chiang Mai and he went to Phu Chee Fah on his holiday. He said Phu Chee Fah is a beautiful place. You will feel like you living in heaven. If anyone ever gets a chance to go there, you have to go during November-December around there.
